Alright, we are ready to dig into chapter 3! Are you all ready?
I am going to break this down into different days. Each chapter will take a different amount of days, because they are different lengths. We will be in chapter 3 for 6 days.
Here is the breakdown of the chapter and which sections we are going to study each day.

Day 1
For every day one, you will do the same thing. See image below.

Reading through the whole chapter is so important. I know that we tend to want to jump right into studying and I think that is so wonderful, but we also really need to have a firm grasp on the context of the chapter.
Reading through that and taking notes as we go is a great way to help with that.
As I went through the chapter I wrote my notes directly on the page, but if that is too busy for you, you can write them on a separate page, such as the notes page that I created in the workbook.
Here is what my pages look like after I got through with my reading and notes.

I hope that this is helpful for you. On the sides I wrote out some of the words that were repeated, or what I thought the section was about. But I also added in some personal notes about things that were interesting to me or that I wanted to look up. You can see at the top that I also reminded myself to keep the context from the last chapter.
Day 2
Ok, day 2 and we will be looking at 2 Corinthians 3:1-3. Oh! I just get so excited to dig in and learn. I just love God’s word and all the amazing things that He left for us to learn!

So, the first thing that we are always going to do is mark the Trinity and see what we can learn.
In this section we learn that Christ is in us and is our letter of recommendation. The Spirit in our lives is the ink. And we learn that the Spirit is God. This is one of those places that point out the Trinity, 3-in-1 though we do not actually have the word trinity in the Bible. So beautiful. If you are level one, then you will stop here and write your application.
Here is my page for this section.

Day 3
Ok, day 3 and we will be looking at 2 Corinthians 3:4-6. Oh! I just get so excited to dig in and learn. I just love God’s word and all the amazing things that He left for us to learn!
So, the first thing that we are always going to do is mark the Trinity and see what we can learn.
Then we will check and see if there are any keywords and we will define those so that we have a better understanding of the passage.
Then we will look at some commentary.
Once we have a feel for what is being said, we will look at what Paul is telling the Corinthians in the passage.
And then we will see if there is any part that could apply to our lives today and write out our prayer and application.

Day 6: All Finished! Review Day
We have finished studying the entire chapter and now it is time to take a minute to review and reflect on all that we learned.
Here are what my Bible pages looked like at the end of the chapter study.

Review Video
I hope that you learned a lot from this study. I will be adding information to this as I have time. But I did do a review of chapter 3 in this video, and you can check it out here!
